The Caribbean Spa offers such programs as "stretch breaks," quick ten-minute programs of stretching exercises conducted by a trained fitness specialist, during a day of heavy meetings. Other classes can be tailored to the group's schedule. For instance, an early morning fitness walk through Old Town would combine a workout with some sightseeing fun.
The resort also offers excellent wining and dining opportunities. One Duval, perhaps Key West's finest place to dine, has indoor or outdoor seating overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. For a more casual breakfast or lunch, explore The Market Bistro with its sidewalk tables on Front Street, or The Beach Bar & Grille with fabulous views of the Gulf.
