Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Inn accommodates private meeting facilities and 25 country antique guestrooms featuring Jacuzzis and fireplaces and some rooms overlooking the marina and St. Croix River. Afton House Inn is located on the St. Croix River in the quaint village of Afton. This historic inn reflects an old New England-style architecture.
The Afton House offers fine dining and Tableside Cooking in the Wheel Room and Pennington Dining rooms along with a full menu of steaks, seafood, pasta, chicken and more. Ask for the house specialties of Steak Diane or Bananas Foster. Or you might prefer to dine in the Catfish Saloon & Cafe with its more casual menu.
Cruises on the St. Croix River are offered May - October. Enjoy a Champagne Brunch Cruise offered on the Grand Duchess Charter Vessel or you may want to book a private event for a corporate group or special occasion. There are three charter vessels available for private and public cruises for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions and more for groups of 10 to 350.
