The Marc Restaurant, located just off the hotel’s main lobby, specializes in regional, seasonal fun with Pacific Northwest Cuisine. The Executive Chef and his staff use only the finest quality ingredients to craft show-stopping, taste-tempting meals. Organic and locally grown seasonal produce along with house-made specialties are incorporated to create an unforgettable dining experience. Guests may choose from an extensive local and regional wine list, both in The Marc and in the adjoining Vineyard Lounge. For a truly unique experience, guests may also schedule a Chef’s Table Dinner, where up to eight people will enjoy a meal prepared to their specifications.
With more than 10,000 square feet of event space, the ballrooms of The Marcus Whitman Hotel & Conference Center are the largest and most technologically advanced in Eastern Washington. Offering complete banquet and catering services, the hotel can accommodate small, intimate gatherings to large groups of 400. Special events can be personalized with amenity options including 700 square feet of parquet wood dance floor, portable cherry wood bars offering the finest in wines and spirits, portable staging and a touch panel lectern that enables the presenter to control virtually the entire room. The hotel also offers a 99-station DMX music library and custom designed audiovisual packages. Guests will also find meeting room chairs with flexible backs to provide more comfortable seating during events.
