The Lodge is open year-round for guests to enjoy the winter wonder land of the mountains as well as the warm summer breeze that rolls off the tepid lakes.

Summer activities include, boating, hiking, fishing, Lake Placid horse show, craft and antique fairs, farmers' markets, bobsled and luge rides, horse back riding and more...
Winter activities comprise snow-shoeing, cross-country and downhill skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, Olympic bobsled and luge on the 1930 track, dog sled rides on Mirror lake, tubing and tobogganing (lots of fun for little effort). Most enjoy partaking in a few outdoor activities followed by a sumptuous dinner at one of the finer restaurants near by or just curling up with a book, a game, or cards and a glass of wine in front of one of our six fireplaces.
