The Barn Restaurant offers dining at its best with entertainment Saturday nights. The 175-year-old restored barn includes a wine cave and private dining room overlooking English gardens. Chef Thomas Dech prepares light, typically low-fat cuisine such as roasted New Zealand lamb rack with caramelized shallots and herb mashed potatoes or fresh Maine lobster over handmade linguini. The Blue Ribbon Cafe offers more casual dining surrounded by 25-foot-high walls of glass. Guests can also enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner six days a week at The Walden Clubhouse.
