Modern artworks accentuate the contemporary American design, imaginatively opened to three levels and tied together innovatively by ribboned patterns in the carpet, marble floor and handrails. The first-floor bar introduces the guest to this signature restaurant, and there is a garden patio room off the top-level dining area for private gatherings. Hailed as the "chefs' interpretation" of classic San Franciscan cuisine, the menu emphasizes the freshest of local produce and ingredients. Among the rave-winning entrees is grilled eggplant with mozzarella and David's homemade salami.
