One block from Fort Lauderdale Beach on the Intracoastal Waterway is the lush tropical grounds of The Pillars at New River Sound.
The decor is inspired by an English plantation style, which a lovely mix of classic and cane, with beautiful fabrics and colors. The 23 guestrooms and suites each contain a custom made designer bed with multiple pillows, elegant bedspreads, and high thread count sheets. The color schemes are variations of tropical shades of green, gold and deep red. The favorite suite is the Intracoastal Suite, situated by the water. It has a Jacuzzi tub and magnificent views of the Waterway from the well-appointed sitting area.
