Rancho Bernardo Inn underwent a $25-million Expansion and Enhancement in 2007, resulting in an even more luxurious Resort getaway.
Guestrooms were completely redesigned with Custom Furnishings, Original Artwork and the latest technology, including Plasma-Screen Televisions and iPod-ready Stereos. Rooms are secluded throughout the property, and feature private Patios or Balconies with views of the Golf Course, surrounding mountains or manicured gardens.
The Spa at Rancho Bernardo Inn is newly expanded to include a 10,000-square-foot Spa Garden. The lush setting includes private treatment Cabanas as well as relaxation enclaves. It is the perfect place to relax and extend a spa visit beyond typical treatments. The Spa’s new menu is complete with Massages, Facials and Body Treatments.
Adjacent to the Spa is one of Rancho Bernardo Inn’s three Swimming Pools which, along with seven Hydro-Spas, offer plenty of opportunities for lounging. The Inn also features two Tennis Courts.
El Bizcocho, Rancho Bernardo Inn’s signature restaurant, is a long-time landmark of San Diego dining. The contemporary French cuisine has been rated the city’s finest by the Zagat Survey, and is complemented by a highly awarded Wine List.
For more casual, all-day dining, the Veranda serves brasserie fare indoors as well as on an expansive Terrace overlooking the lush Golf Course.
Golf is a pleasure at Rancho Bernardo Inn. The championship Resort Course has hosted by PGA and LPGA events, and is today sought out by golfers in search of a memorable, playable round. The design team of Schmidt and Curley updated William Francis Bell’s original design to present a modern challenge.
